This is a good old friend to any good student. You can do the research in the library and took note on what you learn. If your library allows you to borrow the books, borrow them and study them at home. Using the power of library is a good free way to get some free guitar teaching. However, learning from the book may not be so effective. But it will do what it is meant for.

Friends:
Although I oppose to the method since it requires a lot of effort and the effectiveness is very small especially when you are the beginner. We can make a good use of friends’ power if you already know how to play and want to move to the next level. But it will not work well when you start. Anyway, we can not ignore this method since everybody knows that we can learn from the person we know.

Learn guitar free from the website:
There are many websites that provide free information on learning to play guitar. Although the free information may be a little brief but it may be able to help you get start. Once you are on the road and start to have fun playing, you may want to upgrade your use to the paid service which should be much better.

Subscribe to online newsletter:
You can look for the sites that offer the product on guitar learning and subscribe to their newsletters. Normally, these sites use good content for their free newsletter and you can benefit on that. Some of the newsletters even offer the videos for you to watch. You can subscribe as many as you want and then enjoy the content. I think this trick will work for the beginner. Again, when you are certain the system, you can then start buying the full package so that you can accelerate your learning process.
